Taking a look inside our machine shop, we achieve highly accurate and reproducible  bends across a range of sheet metal grades and thicknesses using versatile, heavy-duty 176-ton hydraulic brake presses. Cuts are performed on our state-of-the-art fiber optic laser beds  (up to 5’ x 10’), which deliver micron-precision performance at several times the power efficiency of traditional CO₂ lasers, with none of the additional labor or material costs for cleaning. Our capabilities also include versatile and cost-effective MIG welding, well suited to large industrial runs, as well as advanced TIG welding systems for performing delicate and custom welds on a range of thinner gauge materials.
